Application process

Being explicit, the voting phase is driving me to confusions by what GZ55 mean "If 75% of the members voted negatively therefore the application will be rejected."
let's try to be specific that's why i'm suggesting the new system in voting.
Once the questioning phase ended the members must judge the applications and the applicant's feedback. (+1) for positive vote (-1) for negative of course this means you dont like the application or you find the answers insufficient.
The voter must express his reason or the basis of his vote, if not followed, it will be not counted.
The vote limit must be 5 only, if the applicant received 5 votes, technically, the applicant must undergo to the next phase.
Consider the applicant rejected whenever he gets 3 negative votes before getting 5 positives.
So i made this simple complex.
Each counted votes (with basis) will be displayed on the topic title e.g "Kneelfrox#1(+2/-1)" If the applicant reached 5 positive votes e.g "(+5/-2)" it means the applicant has passed. But whenever the applicant received 3 negative votes in anytime e.g "(+4/-3)" it is considered rejected.
Thoughts?

To be honest, I like the idea, but would put the + and the - amount higher once we've reached a pleasurable amount of members to work with.
